Erica has been a NYS Liscensed Physical Therapist since 2004. Erica graduated from Touro College of Health Sciences with her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2004 and returned back to Touro College to receive her Transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy, graduating in 2007. Prior to receiving her Physical Therapy degrees, Erica was a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist graduating from The New Center College of Wholistic Health in 1997.
Erica has worked as a Physical Therapist in many settings. These settings include Orthopedic Outpatient Rehabilitation, Pediatric Therapy in a School Based System, and Home Care for adult and pediatric populations.
As well working as a Physical Therapist, Erica has maintained a successful Massage Therapy practice since 1997.
North County Myofascial Release was started by Erica because she wants to help people of all ages in their healing journey of a pain free lifestyle.
